At Orbit, green is in our nature, one of our top priorities. We are moving fast towards having our entire portfolio being IGBC certified. We start by retaining and enhancing natural landscapes at all our projects, merging it with interior spaces of the building.

Our Green Practices include solar water heating, rain water harvesting, use of efficient lighting systems to reduce the overall energy consumption, use of recycled materials that are locally available like responsibly harvested wood products such as plywood and veneer. All materials utilized are environment friendly, and approved by the Green Building Council.
