Mr Parakh, a visionary, is the driving force behind the growth of Orbit, with his unique style of management guided by spirituality. He was the country President (Malaysia) for the Aditya Birla Group for over 30 years. Mr Parakh is the administrative and management backbone, creating a robust foundation for the future.
Mr. Basant Kumar Parakh (Managing director)
Mr Parakh has an illustrious experience of over 25 years in the industry. His passion for an exclusive lifestyle drives our foray into Premium Residential Spaces. The man behind ‘Rishton ki Mithaas’, values relationships the most and regards stakeholder satisfaction as the biggest token of achievement. He serves as the north star of ethicality for the Group.
Mr. Arvind Kumar NeotiA (DIRECTOR)
Mr Neotia has a rich experience of about 40 years. He has been the cornerstone of the quality of our projects since the inception of the company. He oversees the technical planning and execution of our projects. His comprehensive hands-on experience is crucial for the choice of materials and finishing of the high-quality products, without compromise on the timeline for delivery.
Mr. Vijay Narayan Rathi (director)
Mr Rathi is a Chartered Accountant, with an experience of over 25 years in Finance, Administration, Capital Planning & Taxation. His astute understanding of numbers provides the foundation for well-planned business and growth. His cost-conscious and hardworking attitude sets the benchmark for all in the group.
Mr. Anand Neotia
As the young mind at Orbit, Mr Neotia has brought a fresh outlook for the Group. An Engineer and MBA graduate with a background in finance, he also has a 5-year experience at Procter & Gamble. For the last 10 years, he has been overseeing the planning and execution of projects & contracts while exploring new business opportunities. An avid traveller, with a passion for sports, Mr Neotia brings about a high spirited energy at Orbit.
Mr. Arihant Raj Parakh
With a dream of transforming Kolkata’s skyline, Mr Parakh is the new generation at Orbit. A Master in Finance, he has a flair for new products and concepts. He started at a young age and has spent almost 10 years with the group, looking into restructuring and project planning. Trusted with the responsibility of marketing and dealing with customers, Mr Parakh is the flag-bearer of the Orbit philosophy - ‘Rishton Ki Mithaas’. Passionate about golf, he also enjoys learning about new technological developments globally.
